目的综合评价山东省各县(区)间乡村医生素质水平,寻找影响综合素质薄弱环节,为更好的提供基层卫生服务提供依据。方法应用TOPSIS法并结合系统聚类分析对山东省18个县(区)乡村医生综合素质水平进行评价,使用帕累托图发现薄弱环节。结果通过评价将18个县(区)的乡村医生综合素质水平分为三档,其中最优地区为A、B、E、G,最差地区为N、O、P、Q、R,其他县(区)为中等。结论所调查地区乡村医生综合素质多位于中下等水平,各县(区)应针对识别出的乡村医生能力短板有所针对的开展培训,并在远期建立长效的人才培养机制。
Objective To comprehensively evaluate the quality level of rural doctors in counties (districts) in Shandong Province and find out the weak links that affect comprehensive quality, so as to provide the basis for better provision of primary health care services. Methods TOPSIS and cluster analysis were used to evaluate the comprehensive quality of rural doctors in 18 counties in Shandong Province. Pareto charts were used to find the weaknesses. Results The overall quality level of rural doctors in 18 counties (districts) was divided into three grades by evaluation, of which the best regions were A, B, E and G, the worst regions were N, O, P, Q and R, (Area) is medium. Conclusion The overall quality of rural doctors in the surveyed areas is mostly at the lower and middle levels. Each county (district) should carry out training aimed at the identified shortcomings of rural doctors and establish a long-term talent cultivation mechanism in the long run.
