本文通过对2800m,4480m高原鼠兔和大白鼠肺表面活性物质的自身调节的研究。我们发现:大白鼠从兰州移居到3600m(天峻)后肺灌洗液中的磷脂含量都有不同程度的下降。蛋白质含量未见明显的变化。二个海拔高度的鼠兔肺磷脂含量均高于大白鼠,蛋白质含量略高于大白鼠。结果提示,天白鼠卵磷脂含量在缺氧时代偿性增加和其它磷脂成分下降,可能是卵磷脂合成代谢支路代偿活跃,在缺氧情况下磷脂合成供能方式发生适应性变化。高原鼠兔保持了土生动物高原适应性限速代谢和调节,保持自身呼吸状态稳定。这也许又是鼠兔自力生存的优势。
In this paper, 2800m, 4480m plateau rabbit and rat pulmonary surfactant self-regulation study. We found that the content of phospholipids in lung lavage fluid after the rats migrated from Lanzhou to 3600m (Tian Jun) all decreased to some extent. No significant changes in protein content. The content of pulmonary phospholipid in two altitude rabbits was higher than that in rats, and the protein content was slightly higher than that in rats. The results suggested that the lecithin content of Alzheimer’s disease in hypoxia increased indefinitely and other phospholipid components decreased, which may be the branch of lecithin anabolic activity compensatory, under hypoxia phospholipid synthesis mode of energy supply adaptive changes occur. The plateau pika maintains its adaptive metabolic rate and regulation of adaptation to the plateau of the native animal and keeps its own respiratory state stable. This may be the advantage of independent living.
