病例1患者女,23岁。以右乳肿块2个月来诊。检查:右乳晕区可触及一大小约5.0 cm×5.0cm×3.0 cm肿块,质软,边界不清,类圆形,活动度良好,与皮肤及基底部无粘连。超声显示:右乳晕区近外象限9.0 cm×5.0 cm低回声肿块,边界清晰,有包膜,内回声不均匀,散在纤细较强回声分隔,似多个梭形低回声肿块融合,质较软,CDFI:边缘可探及少许棒状血流信号,可录得低阻型动脉血流频谱,弹性成像评2分。超声提示:右乳低回声肿块,
Case 1 patient female, 23 years old. To the right breast lump 2 months to diagnosis. Check: the right areola area can reach a size of about 5.0 cm × 5.0cm × 3.0cm mass, soft, unclear boundary, round, good mobility, no adhesion with the skin and basal. Ultrasonography showed that the near-quadrant quadrant of the right butarectomy was 9.0 cm × 5.0 cm with a hypoechoic mass. The boundary was clear and enveloped. The internal echo was not uniform and scattered in the slender and strong echogenic separation. CDFI: A few rod-like blood flow signals can be detected on the edge, and a spectrum of low-resistance arterial blood flow can be recorded. Elastography is rated as 2 points.
