采用单辊快淬法制备Fe80-xCoxZr10B9Cu1(x=0,10,20,30,40)系非晶合金.在不同温度下对其进行热处理.利用差热分析仪(DTA)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)等测试手段对样品的热稳定性和微观结构进行研究.研究结果表明:Fe80-xCoxZr10B9Cu1(x=0,10,20,30,40)五种合金的晶化激活能分别为318.15、304.49、226.75、386.97和267.03 kJ/mol.未添加Co元素的Fe80Zr10B9Cu1合金的热稳定性明显高于添加Co元素的合金.Co元素的添加改变了合金的晶化过程.
The Fe80-xCoxZr10B9Cu1 (x = 0,10,20,30,40) -based amorphous alloys were prepared by single roll rapid quenching method, and were heat-treated at different temperatures.Using differential thermal analyzer (DTA) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD) were used to study the thermal stability and microstructure of the samples.The results show that the crystallization activation energies of Fe80-xCoxZr10B9Cu1 (x = 0, 10, 20, 30 and 40) 304.49, 226.75, 386.97 and 267.03 kJ / mol, respectively.The thermal stability of the Fe80Zr10B9Cu1 alloy without Co addition was significantly higher than that of the Co addition.Co addition changed the crystallization process of the alloy.
