本文从白龟山水库可持续发展水资源的实际需要出发,在收集整理研究区域内地表水、地下水、水质、社会经济等资料的基础上,建立了基本资料数据库,采用降雨径流、水量平衡、地下水、多目标优化等模型和方法,开展了地表水与地下水资源量变化规律研究、各用水户用水量时变规律研究、灌区地下水应用研究、在不同用水保证率的前提下水资源优化配置研究等,最终获得白龟山水资源多目标优化配置方案,为白龟山水资源优化利用和地方社会经济可持续发展提供科学依据。
