虚拟馆藏对图书馆馆藏资源建设和信息资源开发是一个新生事物,由此带来的新的作品形态及使用方式与原有的著作权制度产生冲突.本文就虚拟馆藏建设中涉及到的一些著作权保护问题作了初步探讨.
