目的探讨超声引导经直肠前列腺穿刺活检诊断前列腺癌临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院2011年1月——2012年12月泌尿外科收治的89例前列腺疾病患者,经常规检查疑似为前列腺癌并实施超声引导经直肠前列腺穿刺活检患者的临床资料。结果有52例患者确诊为前列腺癌,占58.4%,37例为良性前列腺增生,占41.6%。穿刺术后发生血尿1例,占1.1%,未给予特殊处理自行缓解。结论超声引导经直肠前列腺穿刺活检诊断前列腺癌具有检出率高,创伤轻等特点,在临床诊断前列腺癌上有重要的价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of ultrasound-guided transrectal prostate biopsy in the diagnosis of prostate cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis of 89 cases of prostate diseases admitted to Department of Urology from January 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital was performed routinely to investigate the clinical data of suspected prostate cancer and ultrasound guided transrectal prostate biopsy. Results 52 patients were diagnosed as prostate cancer, accounting for 58.4%, 37 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia, accounting for 41.6%. Hematuria occurred after puncture in 1 case, accounting for 1.1%, did not give special treatment to ease. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided transrectal prostate biopsy has the advantages of high detection rate and light trauma in the diagnosis of prostate cancer. It has important value in clinical diagnosis of prostate cancer.
