通过塔菲尔曲线的测量,研究了高密度电流(300 A/dm2)下镀层的耐蚀性。结果表明:采用高电流密度进行电镀,其电镀层的腐蚀电位随电流密度的增大而提高(最高可达-0.845 V),腐蚀速率降低,耐蚀性增强;并且分析了高电流密度对镀层微观形貌的影响。
