本研究应用薄层色谱扫描法测定了3种4亚种沙棘果肉及种子油中的生理活性成份胡萝卜素和维生素E的含量。测定结果表明,种子油的维生素E含量高于果肉油,果肉油的胡萝卜素含量高于种子油。以新疆产的中亚沙棘和蒙古沙棘品质为佳。
In this study, the contents of carotenoids and vitamin E, the physiologically active ingredients in pulp and seed oil of three species of 4 subspecies, were determined by TLC. The results showed that the content of vitamin E in seed oil was higher than that of pulp oil, and the content of carotene in pulp oil was higher than that of seed oil. The quality of seabuckthorn from Central Asia and seabuckthorn from Mongolia is better.
