急性心肌梗死(AMI)早期心脏性猝死,其原因大多是原发性室颤。而QT离散度(QTdispersion,QTd)于AMI早期原发性室颤呈正相关。我们应用硫酸镁治疗AMI并观察QTd变化,以探索该药对AMI后早期治疗和预防发生心室纤颤的临床意义。1对象和方法1.1对象2001年6月~2003年12月发病48h之内的AMI患者21例。诊断采用世界卫生组织规定的标准。随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组11例,男9例,女2例,年龄49~76岁,平均年龄58.2岁。对照组10例,男9例,女1例,年龄51-74岁,平均年龄57.6岁,均无心房颤动或扑动,无室内传
Early sudden cardiac death in acute myocardial infarction (AMI), mostly due to primary ventricular fibrillation. The QT dispersion (QTdispersion, QTd) was positively correlated with early ventricular fibrillation in AMI. We apply magnesium sulfate to treat AMI and observe the QTd changes in order to explore the clinical significance of this drug in the early treatment and prevention of ventricular fibrillation after AMI. 1 objects and methods 1.1 objects in June 2001 ~ December 2003 onset of AMI within 48 hours of 21 patients. Diagnosis using the standards set by the World Health Organization. Randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group of 11 patients, 9 males and 2 females, aged 49 to 76 years, mean age 58.2 years.
