缓冲溶液具有一定的抗酸、抗碱能力。观察缓冲溶液缓冲作用时,用的是混合指示剂,改用溴麝香草酚蓝代替混合指示剂,效果不但很好,而且省事、省药,变色现象也很明显。溴麝香草酚蓝的p H变化范围很窄,要求较高的配溶液技术,有利于提高学生的实验技能。
