低血镁的病人越来越被国内外学者所重视。现结合我院所遇病例,参考有关文献,就低血症问题进行讨论。一、镁的代谢与生理作用镁是人体内重要的阳离子,参与人体多种生理和生化功能。体重70公斤的成年人,体内镁含量平均为20~30克,亦即1,667~2,400mEq,其中约60%存在骨胳内。在肌肉、心肝、胰内的镁含量各约16mEq/Kg,其中心肌镁可高达17.4~19.8mEq。正常血清镁为1.5~2.5mEq/L。食物中的镁主要在小肠吸收,体内镁主要从肾脏排泄。镁的生理作用:(1) 镁与细胞内许多重要成份,如与ATP形成复合物,激活较多重要酶类,如胆硷脂酶,磷酸酶、羧化酶、硷性磷酸酶、三磷酸腺苷酶等。对糖、蛋白质中间代谢和神经肌肉应激性起调节作用。(2) 镁可引起周围血管扩张,小剂量应用发
