目的:探讨全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的应用价值。方法:将64例糖尿病患者根据护理方式的不同分为研究组(30例)和对照组(34例),,研究组采用全程健康教育模式,对照组给予常规健康教育护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组患者糖尿病知识掌握率(76.7%)、护理总有效率(86.7%)和满意率(83.3%)均高于对照组(58.8%、67.6%、64.7%),比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:将全程健康教育模式引入糖尿病护理管理中,效果显著,有助于降低患者血糖,提高护理质量和满意程度。
Objective: To explore the value of full health education in the management of diabetes care. Methods: Sixty-four patients with diabetes were divided into study group (30 cases) and control group (34 cases) according to different nursing methods. The study group adopted full health education mode, while the control group received routine health education and nursing. The nursing effect . Results: The rate of knowledge of diabetes (76.7%), total effective rate of nursing (86.7%) and satisfaction rate (83.3%) in study group were significantly higher than those in control group (58.8%, 67.6%, 64.7%) <0.05). Conclusion: The introduction of the whole model of health education into the management of diabetes care has significant effect, which can help reduce the blood sugar of patients and improve the quality of nursing and satisfaction.
