驻极体空气过滤材料是利用静电力作用捕集尘粒,具有过滤效率高、阻力小和抗菌等优点。目前的驻极方法主要有静电纺丝法、电晕放电法、摩擦起电法、热极化法、低能电子束轰击法等。本文在对现有的驻极方法(工艺)进行全面对比的基础上,提出了既能很好地满足空气过滤的要求又符合我国目前经济技术条件的驻极方法,同时也对驻极体空气过滤材料的选择作了一些探讨。
Electret air filter material is the use of electrostatic force to capture dust particles, with high filtration efficiency, resistance and antibacterial advantages. The current method of electret mainly includes electrospinning method, corona discharge method, friction electrification method, thermal polarization method and low-energy electron beam bombardment method. Based on a comprehensive comparison of the existing electret methods (processes), this paper presents an electret method which not only meets the requirements of air filtration, but also meets the current economic and technological conditions in China. At the same time, The choice of filter material made some discussion.
