1.故障分析1台集装箱起重机运行7651h后,驱动桥与差速器壳体接合面出现漏油现象。将其拆解后发现,驱动桥壳体安装孔圆周布满小裂纹,安装端面有2条约80mm长的裂纹。如图1、图2所示。经过现场查看和使用状况分析,认为其开裂的原因主要有以下3点:一是日均运行时间长,工作强度大;二是作业地面不平,驱动桥经常受到冲击载荷;三是维护保养不及时,造成轮胎充气气压不足、驱动桥安装螺栓松动。该驱动桥为焊接结构,材质为Q420E,厚度为25mm。根据Q420E钢的化学成分和力学性能,经研
