在pH5.5~6.5的乙酸-乙酸钠介质中,Fe(Ⅲ)与5-硝基水杨基荧光酮和溴化十六烷基三甲铵生成紫色三元配合物.最大吸收波长为625nm,摩尔吸光系数为1.34×10~5,含铁量在0~12μg/25ml范围内服从比耳定律.方法用于硅质砂岩、石灰岩、石膏以及饮料、水中微量铁的测定,结果满意.
In pH 5.5 ~ 6.5 acetic acid - sodium acetate medium, Fe (Ⅲ) with 5-nitro-salicylfluorone and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide generated purple ternary complex.The maximum absorption wavelength of 625nm, Molar extinction coefficient of 1.34 × 10 ~ 5, iron content in the range of 0 ~ 12μg / 25ml obeys Beer’s law.Methods for the determination of trace amounts of iron in siliceous sandstone, limestone, gypsum, beverages and water, the results are satisfactory.
