我国高等职业院校的微观教学组织——专业教研室的结构与功能存在缺陷,导致我国高等职业教育不能很好地适应经济社会发展的需要。重构我国高等职业院校微观教学组织,以学校为主体、以企业为主导、校企共建工作室(或校中厂),拓展与优化微观教学组织的结构与功能;将专业教研室、实训室、工作室三位一体,整合重构新的微观教学组织——专业教训中心。通过整合重构,原有教研室从一个传统的以知识传授为主的教学组织,转变成为一个学做一体、产教融合、校企合作,能够开展现代职业教育多元参与治理的教学组织,实现了学校微观教学组织结构与功能及治理的转型与变革。
