1病例资料患者女,64岁,左乳腺癌术后3年余,双肺转移1年余。2008年9月4日行乳腺癌于根治术。术后紫杉醇联合多柔比星即TA方案辅助化疗6周期,无不良反应发生。2013年3月开始口服阿那曲唑。患者无药物过敏史,否认肝炎史、结核史、冠心病史,否认脑血管病史及精神病史,患糖尿病1年,规律服药,血糖控制满意。2013年5月4日入院。入院 A case data, female, 64 years old, left breast cancer more than 3 years after surgery, lung metastasis more than 1 year.
