针对汽车翼子板零件成形回弹大的问题,以板材成形数值模拟技术为基础,进行了虚拟试模分析,探讨了模具结构参数对汽车翼子板成形性能的影响。结果显示,不同位置的模具圆角半径变化对回弹的影响程度不同,且影响程度有限;利用模具型面补偿法修正模具结构能有效控制汽车翼子板成形的回弹问题。最后,进行了实际试模验证,生产的汽车翼子板制件尺寸精度符合设计要求。
Aiming at the problem of large forming springback of automobile fender parts, a virtual test analysis was carried out on the basis of the numerical simulation of sheet metal forming. The influence of mold structural parameters on the forming performance of automobile fender was discussed. The results show that the influence of the change of the fillet radius on the springback is different and the influence degree is limited. Modification of the die structure by the mold surface compensation method can effectively control the springback problem of the automobile wingboard forming. Finally, the actual test model validation, the production of automotive parts of the fender dimensional accuracy of the design requirements.
