目的探讨用彩色多普勒血流显像检测肺动脉的血流速度,对判断不同类型的室间隔缺损的临床价值。方法对经手术证实的76例先天性室间隔缺损患者,按缺损部位分为A、B两组。按缺损大小分为C、D两组。用彩色多普勒超声测量各房室内径、肺动脉内径、肺动脉收缩期的最大血流速度、室间隔缺损大小、室间隔缺损处左向右的最大分流速度。结果A组和B组在左房室内径、肺动脉内径无明显差异(P>0.05),肺动脉收缩期最大血流速度,两组有明显差异(P<0.05)。C组和D组在左房室内径、肺动脉内径、肺动脉血流速度有明显差异(P<0.05),室间隔分流速度无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论肺动脉收缩期最大血流速度对诊断室间隔小缺损的部位有一定的辅助作用。
Objective To explore the color Doppler flow imaging pulmonary blood flow velocity, to determine the different types of ventricular septal defect clinical value. Methods 76 cases of congenital ventricular septal defect confirmed by operation were divided into A and B groups according to the defect site. Divided by the size of the defect C, D two groups. The intra-atrial diameter, the diameter of the pulmonary artery, the maximum blood flow velocity of the pulmonary artery during systole, the size of the ventricular septal defect and the maximum left-to-right shunt velocity at the ventricular septal defect were measured by color Doppler ultrasound. Results There was no significant difference in diameter of left atrium and diameter of pulmonary artery between group A and group B (P> 0.05). The maximum velocity of pulmonary artery systolic velocity was significantly different between two groups (P <0.05). The diameters of left atrium, the diameter of pulmonary artery and the velocity of pulmonary artery were significantly different in group C and group D (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in the rate of interventricular septum shunt (P> 0.05). Conclusions The maximum systolic velocity of pulmonary artery can be helpful to the diagnosis of small defect in ventricular septum.
