目的建立电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)同时测定赭石中有效成分铁元素和杂质成分铝元素,并对其所含有害元素进行监测,全面提高赭石的质量标准。方法采用可控温加热装置对样品进行湿法消解,考察不同消解试剂、升温程序、测定条件对结果准确性的影响,通过ICP-OES法对有效成分和杂质成分进行研究。结果选定硝酸∶盐酸∶氢氟酸(3∶1∶1)作为消解试剂,采用轴向观测方式,在样品取样量为100 mg时,2种元素的回收率均符合元素分析的要求。不同批次赭石铁的含量为47.1%~69.6%,铝的含量为0.9%~1.9%。结论该方法具有通用性,可同时准确、快速检测赭石中的有效成分和杂质成分,可用于赭石及其制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish an inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) method for the simultaneous determination of iron and its constituent aluminum in ocher, and to monitor its harmful elements to improve the quality standards of ocher. Methods The sample was digested by wet method with controlled temperature heating device. The effects of different digestion reagents, temperature program and measurement conditions on the accuracy of the results were investigated. The effective components and impurity components were studied by ICP-OES. Results Selected nitric acid: hydrochloric acid: hydrofluoric acid (3:1:1) as the digestion reagent, using the axial observation mode, when the sample sample volume was 100 mg, the recoveries of the two elements were in line with the requirements of elemental analysis. Different batches of ocher iron content of 47.1% to 69.6%, aluminum content of 0.9% to 1.9%. Conclusion The method is universal, accurate and rapid detection of active and impurity components in ocher can be used for the quality control of ocher and its preparations.
