基层领导干部队伍是企业安全生产、经营管理和队伍稳定的骨干力量,是各项工作的实践者、组织者和推动者。在加强领导干部队伍建设中,要实行多维度考核激励,拓宽选人用人渠道,构筑坚强的基层组织堡垒,从而带出好的队伍。1.领导干部的管理考核应多维度评价。领导干部的考核,一直是干部管理工作的难点。用抽象的、同一的标准去衡量不同类型、不同层次的干部,不利于客观准确地评价干部,不利于干部自身素质的提高,不利于按岗位要求去使用
