为了研究黄藤素对铜绿假单胞菌群体感应系统中毒力因子表达的影响,试验使用亚抑菌浓度的黄藤素(6.25×10~(-2)g/m L、3.13×10~(-2)g/m L)作用于铜绿假单胞菌,并测定亚抑菌浓度的黄藤素对铜绿假单胞菌生长曲线、外毒素A、绿脓菌素、弹性蛋白酶、蛋白水解酶的影响。结果表明:在亚抑菌浓度条件下,黄藤素对铜绿假单胞菌的生长均无明显影响,但能明显下调铜绿假单胞菌群体感应系统中外毒素A、绿脓菌素、弹性蛋白酶、蛋白水解酶的表达。说明黄藤素能够通过影响铜绿假单胞菌群体感应系统中毒力因子的表达来影响铜绿假单胞菌生物膜的形成,发挥抗病抑菌的作用。
