基底细胞癌在眼睑恶性肿瘤中占首位,我科自1980～1987年3月间经病理诊断的眼睑恶性肿瘤83例,其中基底细胞癌43例,报道于下。资料分析一、一般资料:本组43例,男17例,女26例。年龄43～80岁,平均66岁,60岁以上36例。病程1/2月～16年(1/2～1年14例,1.5～3年10例,4～7年10例,10～16年7例),未记录时间2例,平均3年。病变部位下睑23例(53.3%),内眦12例(28.0%),上睑6例(14.0%),外眦2例(4.7%)。病变侵犯睑结膜2例、球结膜1例、脸板3例,侵入眶内2例。癌肿有溃
Basal cell carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor of the eyelid. 83 cases of orbital malignancy diagnosed in our department from 1980 to 1987, including 43 cases of basal cell carcinoma, have been reported. Data analysis First, general information: 43 cases in this group, 17 males and 26 females. The age ranged from 43 to 80 years, with an average of 66 years old and 36 cases above the age of 60. The disease duration ranged from 1/2 month to 16 years (14 cases in 1/2 to 1 year, 10 cases in 1.5 to 3 years, 10 cases in 4 to 7 years, and 7 cases in 10 to 16 years). Two cases were not recorded, and the average was 3 years. 23 cases (53.3%) were found in the lesion area, 12 cases (28.0%) in the internal malleolus, 6 cases (14.0%) in the upper jaw, and 2 cases (4.7%) in the lateral malleolus. The lesions invaded the palpebral conjunctiva in 2 cases, the bulbar conjunctiva in 1 case, the cheek in 3 cases, and invaded the orbital in 2 cases. Cancer has collapsed
