把期刊比拟为人,切忌“千人一面,千口一腔”;将期刊比喻为绿叶,理应“片片鲜亮,形体各异”。只有个性鲜明,特征突出,期刊方可拥有自己的显著标志,迥然不同的风格,别有洞天的特色。无论是指向单一的学术性、专业性期刊,还是含盖面广的理论性、综合性期刊,都应有其独特的个性特征。有了个性特征,才能体现办刊宗旨,获得功利效应;才能体现刊物特色,独树一帜,吸引读者、作者集结在自己的旗帜之下,获得某种共识效应;才能体现独家优势,闯出自己的名牌效应;体现对象意识,形成自己相对稳定的读者群体,产生较好的群体效应。 一个刊物的个性特征,是区别于他刊的重要标志,也是衡量刊物质量的标准之一。创造和把握刊物的个性特征,同样是一门学问。 (1)必须精心定位。
Compare the periodical to one, avoid “one side, one thousand one cavity”; compare the periodical to the greenery, and deserve to be “brightly sliced and shaped differently.” Only distinctive personality, prominent features, journals can have their own distinctive signs, very different style, unique features. Whether it refers to a single academic, professional journals, or a wide range of theoretical, comprehensive journals, should have their own unique personality characteristics. With the personality traits, can we embody the purpose of running a journal and obtain the utilitarian effect. Only in this way can the characteristics of the journal be unique, attract readers and writers to gather under their own banner and gain some consensus effect. Only in this way can we embody the exclusive advantages and break our own brand name Effect; reflect the object of consciousness, to form their own relatively stable readers, resulting in better group effect. The character of a publication is an important symbol that is different from his publication and one of the criteria for measuring the quality of a publication. Creating and grasping the personality of a publication is also a learning process. (1) must be carefully located.
