超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)因具有极小的摩擦系数、较低的磨耗和极为优良的耐化学药品腐蚀、耐冲击、耐压等性能而备受关注。但是因它的相对分子质量极高,在加工过程中熔体流动性极差,致使临界剪切速率低,容易产生熔体破裂等,难以在常规的塑料加工机械上加工成型。聚乳酸(PLA)具有较为优良的生物相容性和生物惰性,产品可以生物降解,是理想的绿色高分子材料。另 Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) attracts much attention due to its extremely low coefficient of friction, low wear and extremely good resistance to chemicals, shock, pressure and other properties.
