随着许多流域内水电站日益增多,对于电站的成本、安全、经济以及运行人员劳动强度等方面的要求也越来越高。为了能有效降低投资成本、保证人员现场安全,并且对整个梯级电站进行经济调度,提高梯级水电站群的综合管理水平,必须对流域内水电站群进行集中调度和控制。基于NC2.0监控系统平台的甘肃小三峡集控中心计算机监控系统实现了大峡、小峡、乌金峡三个梯级电站的远程集控。介绍了该系统的设计原则、系统结构与特点、控制调节与方式,并简要介绍了数据分区与安全防护。
