目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定二至丸中红景天苷、女贞子苷和蟛蜞菊内酯的含量。方法:采用D iamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-磷酸水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.m in-1,柱温30℃,检测波长220 nm。结果:红景天苷、女贞子苷、蟛蜞菊内酯进样浓度分别在2.2~88.0μg.mL-1(r=0.9995),9.9~396.0μg.mL-1(r=0.9998),0.5~20.1μg.mL-1(r=0.9995)范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系;平均回收率分别为97.5%,98.0%,97.8%,RSD均小于3%。结论:所建立的方法简便、快速、准确,重复性好,可用于二至丸的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the simultaneous determination of salidroside, ligustilide and wedelia lactone in Erzhi Wan. Methods: D iamonsil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-phosphoric acid water with a gradient of 1.0 mL.m in-1 and the column temperature was set at 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was 220 nm. Results: The injection concentrations of salidroside, ligustide and wedelia lactone were respectively 2.2 ~ 88.0μg.mL-1 (r = 0.9995), 9.9-396.0μg.mL-1 (r = 0.9998) 20.1μg.mL-1 (r = 0.9995) and the peak area showed a good linear relationship; the average recovery rates were 97.5%, 98.0%, 97.8%, RSD were less than 3%. Conclusion: The established method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Erzhi Pills.
