文章根据车辆人机工程学相关理论,利用CATIA V5人体工程模块建立人车模型,对改进后的全地形车(All-Terrain Vehicle,ATV)样车进行了人机工程校核.重点针对驾驶员和乘员坐姿、视野、手伸以及脚部空间进行了校核,对人员乘坐舒适性、安全性以及操作便利性进行了分析,为ATV的CAE仿真和实车设计提供依据.校核结果表明,改造后的ATV整车布置满足人体骑乘姿势要求,视野宽阔,便于操作,具有较好的舒适性和安全性.
