促甲状腺素释放激素(TRH)在体液中的浓度已有过报导,但有关人类脑脊液(CSF)中TRH 浓度的资料还很少。为此,作者用一种特殊的放射免疫法测定了各种神经疾病患者脑脊液中的TRH 浓度。该试验组病人中,女性56人,男性46人,年龄12~72岁。通过症状、体征、实验室检查包括X 线、脑电图、肌电图确定病人的诊断,其中非神经疾病病人15人,神经疾病病人87人。所有病人的甲状腺和肾上腺功能均正常。TRH 测定的方法采用略加修正Mitsmat 介绍的放射免疫法。用t 检验以比较非神经疾病和各种神经疾病脑脊液TRH 的浓度。结果发现:在非神经疾病的15个病人中,脑脊液中的TRH 浓度为17.16±3.4pg/m1(平均值±标准
The concentration of thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH) in bodily fluids has been reported, but little is known about the concentration of TRH in human cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). To this end, the authors used a special radioimmunoassay to measure TRH concentrations in cerebrospinal fluid of various neurological diseases. The test group of patients, 56 females, 46 males, aged 12 to 72 years. Through the symptoms, signs, laboratory tests, including X-ray, EEG and EMG to determine the diagnosis of patients, including 15 non-neurological diseases, 87 patients with neurological diseases.
