为了贯彻中央关于双增双节的指示精神,落实铁路工程建设“七五”期间节约水泥工作要点,铁道部基建总局于1987年4月23日至25日在锦州召开了沸石粉掺合料技术审定会。参加技术审定会有全路各工程局、铁路局工程处、设计院、混凝土制品厂、高等院校和科研等审单位共80多人,由其中15名混凝土专家组成评小组。经过认真评审,提出“沸石粉掺合料的开发和应用技术审定意见”,审定并通过了《混凝土应用沸石粉暂行规定(审定修改稿)》(见第27页),建议颁发施行。铁道部基建总局已于1987年5月16日发出“关于试行铁路混凝土应用沸石粉暂行规定的通知”。
In order to carry out the directives of the central government on Shuangjiansuanzongkai and implement the key points of saving cement during the “Seventh Five-year Plan” for railway construction, the Infrastructure Department of the Ministry of Railways convened zeolite powder admixture technology in Jinzhou from April 23 to April 25, 1987 Validation meeting. To participate in the technical validation there will be all engineering bureau, Railway Bureau Agency, Design Institute, concrete products factory, institutions of higher learning and scientific research units such as a total of more than 80 people, composed of 15 concrete experts group. After careful assessment, the “Proposal for the Development and Application of Zeolite Powder Admixture” was approved. The Provisional Regulations on the Use of Zeolite for Concrete (Revised and Revised) (“第七 页”) was approved and passed, and the proposal was put forward for implementation. On May 16, 1987, the Infrastructure Department of the Ministry of Railways issued the Circular on Provisional Provisions for Trial Implementation of Zeolite Powder for Railway Concrete.
