目的:建立复方消瘢膏中的氟尿嘧啶的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,在265 nm波长处检测氟尿嘧啶量。结果:线性范围是2~40μg/mL,氟尿嘧啶的平均回收率为100.4%(RSD=1.8%)。结论:本制剂含量测定方法简便、可靠。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of fluorouracil in Fufang Xiaoqin Ointment. Methods: UV spectrophotometry was used to detect the amount of fluorouracil at 265 nm. Results: The linear range was 2 ~ 40μg / mL, and the average recovery of fluorouracil was 100.4% (RSD = 1.8%). Conclusion: The method of determination of the preparation is simple and reliable.
