本文报道了小檗胺对实验性心肌缺血作用的研究。实验结果证明:小檗胺能使家兔大自鼠冠状动脉左前降支结扎后的梗塞面积缩小,血液中肌酸激酶含量降低,并减少血浆中游离脂肪酸含量,家兔冠状动脉结扎后心电图Q波数目减少。100mM小檗胺和10mM异搏定能松弛K~+引起的猪冠状动脉条的收缩,孵育液中增加钙的浓度后可使小檗胺与异搏定作用反转,但二药对去甲肾上腺索引起的收缩,其抑制作用不明显,可能小檗胺是抑制电位依赖性
