新疆和田波波娜水电站发电厂房为引水式地面厂房,标段开挖量大,主要部位集中,上下作业,施工工期短,施工组织存在较大困难。为了按期完成厂房基坑开挖任务,为下一步的厂房混凝土浇筑赢得时间,能在整个施工中掌握主动权,现主要针对土石方开发方案进行研究。该方案主要研究电站厂房部位、压力管道明挖段、尾水渠及泄洪渠的土石方开挖及支护等几个主要问题,并给予相应的应对措施。
