对取自云南楚雄地区的38例小儿克山病患者红细胞,血浆及头发的锰含量进行了测定,并与35例正常儿童进行对照。结果表明,红细胞、血浆及头发锰含量经对数转换后均呈正态分布,病人红细胞,血浆及头发锰含量分别为1.22μg/g(干),0.16μg/ml及8.76μg/g,正常儿童则为0.59μg/g(干),0.13μg/ml及2.57μg/g。病人红细胞、血浆及头发锰含量均显著高于正常儿童(P<0.001~0.02)。经多元分析表明,红细胞与头发锰含量间有显著的正相关(r=0.3139,P<0.05),发锰含量对多元回归方程贡献最大。
The content of manganese in erythrocytes, plasma and hair of 38 children with Keshan disease collected from Chuxiong, Yunnan Province was measured and compared with 35 normal children. The results showed that the logarithmic conversion of red blood cells, plasma and hair manganese content showed a normal distribution, the patient’s red blood cells, plasma and hair manganese content were 1.22μg / g (dry), 0.16μg / ml and 8.76μg / g, normal Children were 0.59 μg / g (dry), 0.13 μg / ml and 2.57 μg / g. Patients with red blood cells, plasma and hair manganese levels were significantly higher than normal children (P <0.001 ~ 0.02). Multivariate analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between erythrocytes and hair manganese content (r = 0.3139, P <0.05), hair manganese content contributed the most to multivariate regression equation.
