Since the 1970s, the international and domestic environment for Japan’s industrial development has undergone tremendous changes. It has raised many sharp questions for Japanese industries that relied heavily on the international market: the prices of raw materials and fuels in the international market have risen one after another, focusing on heavy industrial products. The trade is basically saturated; after the rapid economic growth of Japan, blindly pursuing heavy chemical industrialization, causing serious public hazards, has generally been opposed by the people; the gap between the developed coastal regions and the inland and remote areas is difficult to eliminate, too dense and too sparse The contradictions between the two countries have continued to deepen; Asia’s newly industrialized countries have made serious challenges to Japan.
