本文提出了一种新颖的激光光笔式三维坐标测量技术 ,介绍了由三套 CCD光电器件对空间发光点交汇成像而构成的三坐标测量系统 ,由于其测量头为带有点光源的笔 ,故称为光笔式测量系统。文章阐述了该系统的结构设计理论、测量原理及测量精度分析。理论分析与实验证明 ,该系统具有结构简单、应用方便、自动化程度高、测量精度高、适用范围广等先进特点 ,可有效地应用于机械制造、机器人及汽车检测、航空及医学等测量领域
This paper presents a novel three-dimensional laser pointer coordinate measuring technology, introduced by the three sets of CCD photoelectric devices on the intersection of space luminous point formed by the three-coordinate measuring system, as the measuring head with a point light pen, so that Light pen measurement system. The paper expounds the structural design theory, measurement principle and measurement accuracy analysis of this system. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the system has the advantages of simple structure, convenient application, high degree of automation, high measurement accuracy and wide range of application, which can be effectively applied in the field of mechanical manufacturing, robotics and automotive testing, aviation and medical measurement
