矿山建设是一项规模大、工程多、技术复杂、工期较长的综合性工程,井巷、土建、机电安装三大工程交叉配合,分工精细,各工序、工种之间关系密切,如不有机地统筹安排,势必产生窝工浪费,互不协调,甚至中途停工等现象,从而延误矿山建设期限。为了合理安排施工进度,相互协调,有节奏地紧密配合,充分利用时间和空间,创造平面与立体、多工种与多工序交叉作业,以加快工程施工进度,缩短建设工期,我们在南洺河铁矿建设施工总排队设计中应用了统筹法。
