初中物理课本中讲到沸腾现象时,液体沸腾的条件是液体的温度达到沸点,而且继续吸热。但是仅仅有这两个条件就一定会沸腾吗?在实验室中做水的沸腾实验时会因为所用水的纯净程度的不同而得到两种不同的实验结果:(1)用一般的自来水来做实验,当水的温度达到沸点,并且对水继续加热,水就会沸腾。在沸腾过程中,水温保持沸点不变。这时实验现象与课本的描述一致。
