“酒香不怕巷子深,‘巷子’深浅在服务”,这是上海皮革公司浦东商厦员工们常说的一句口头禅。 浦东的东方路不占地段优势,商厦员工深信事在人为,坚持以货真价实、优质服务取信消费者,收到了“屹立东方路、唱响服务歌”的声誉,1993年5月开业以来屡创佳绩,1998年皮鞋销售量较上年增长一成,实现税利22万元,连续获得上海市和浦东新区‘物价计量信得过”、“质量信得过”、“诚信单位”、“消费者放心店”、“红旗文明岗”等荣誉称号的7块铜牌,并被批准为“上海国内旅游指定接待单位”。 在市场偏僻、需求不旺、左邻右舍相继退出之际,商厦为何一枝独秀?为此,笔者作了采访,记录了见闻。
