“No one knows you are a dog in the Internet age; in the era of Internet consumption, nobody pays much attention to what you are selling.” This is an exaggeration, but the problem is real: Because online shopping is easy and inexpensive. There are more and more people who accept and love this kind of shopping. According to the latest statistics, the total annual transaction volume of the largest e-commerce websites in China has exceeded 100 billion yuan, and the daily transaction amount has exceeded 40 million yuan. At the same time, problems such as fraud, complaints, and forced transactions that are often reported in newspapers have cast a shadow over the development of e-commerce. As China has not yet introduced laws and regulations regulating e-commerce and online shopping, the lack of access, self-discipline, and regulatory mechanisms has resulted in some sales or fraudulent activities that can easily occur and succeed.
