目的:观察缺血性急性肾功能衰竭时肾组织细胞内三磷酸肌醇(IP3)的含量变化。方法:用新西兰大白兔制作缺血性急性肾功能衰竭模型。观察缺血性急性肾功能衰竭组(简称肾衰组)肾组织细胞内胞浆游离钙([Ca2+]i)和第二信使———三磷酸肌醇的浓度变化。结果:肾衰组[Ca2+]i为4121±473nmol/L,IP3为7760±680pcm,较之对照组的[Ca2+]i(1061±155nmol/L),IP3(2979±543pcm)含量明显增高(均为P<001)。结论:缺血性急性肾功能衰竭时肾组织细胞内钙超负荷与细胞内IP3含量升高有关
Objective: To observe the change of inositol 1,4,5 - trisphosphate (IP3) content in renal tissue of rats with acute ischemic acute renal failure. Methods: New Zealand white rabbits were used to make ischemic acute renal failure model. To observe the change of cytosolic free calcium ([Ca2 +] i) and the second messenger-inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate in renal tissue of ischemic acute renal failure group (renal failure group). Results: Compared with [Ca2 +] i (106.1 ± 15.5nmol / L) in control group, [Ca2 +] i in renal failure group was 412.1 ± 47.3nmol / L and IP3 was 776.0 ± 68.0pcm , IP3 (2979 ± 543pcm) were significantly increased (all P <001). Conclusion: Intracellular calcium overload in renal tissue is related to the increase of intracellular IP3 in ischemic acute renal failure
