目的 :探讨免疫参数与测试对象的身体素质、技术水平和机能状态的关系 ,了解测试对象现阶段的免疫能力和运动能力。方法 :早晨 8点训练前抽取静脉血 ,进行免疫机能的检测 ,并以此检测结果作为运动训练前的对照值。运动训练后即刻及恢复 2小时后即刻抽取静脉血进行免疫机能的检测 ,并以此作为运动训练后的检测结果。流式细胞仪检测 ,CellQuest软件分析。结果 :运动训练后即刻和恢复后 2小时各免疫参数发生了相应的变化。恢复后 2小时CD4 +与训练前安静值相比显著升高 ,CD16 +56 +显著降低。结论 :本研究所选的免疫参数敏感度由高到低依次为CD16 +56 +、CD4 +、CD4 +/CD8+、CD8+、CD3+,CD4 +/CD8+相对稳定。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between immune parameters and the physical fitness, technical level and functional status of the test subjects and to understand the immunity and exercise capacity of the test subjects at this stage. Methods: Venous blood was collected before training at 8 o’clock in the morning for the detection of immune function, and the results were used as a control value before exercise training. Conclusion: The sensitivity of immune parameters selected in this study from high to low were CD16 +56 +, CD4 +, CD4 + / CD8 +, CD8 +, CD3 +, CD4 + / CD8 + relatively stable.
