本文对工程中常用的40Cr 材料进行了低周疲劳试验,测定了循环应力一应变曲线和应变一寿命曲线.所提供的材料性能参数可供广大机械设计人员参考使用。并对40Cr 低周疲劳性能及试验中的一些问题进行了分析讨论.
In this paper, the low-cycle fatigue test of 40Cr materials commonly used in engineering was carried out, and the cyclic strain curve and strain-life curve were measured. The material performance parameters provided are suitable for the reference of mechanical designers. 40Cr low cycle fatigue performance and some of the problems in the experiment were analyzed and discussed.
