动脉内输注顺铂,能集中较高浓度药物于肿瘤区域而不增加全身副反应。血管紧张素Ⅱ能收缩灌注区域正常血管,而对肿瘤血管无作用,因而继发性增加肿瘤血管的血流和血管外的通透性。两者联合使用有可能更有效地集中抗癌药物于肿瘤组织,提高疗效。作者联合使用以顺铂为主药及其他抗癌药物和血管紧管素Ⅱ区域动脉内灌注治疗晚期膀胱癌20例,观察其疗效。并在一些患者(原发或转移部位)连续动脉内灌注氪81m,观察相应血流动力学改变。
Intra-arterial infusion of cisplatin can concentrate higher concentrations of drugs in the tumor area without increasing systemic side effects. Angiotensin II can contract the normal blood vessels in the perfusion region, but has no effect on tumor blood vessels, and thus secondary increase blood flow and extravascular permeability of the tumor blood vessels. The combined use of the two may more effectively concentrate anti-cancer drugs on tumor tissues and improve efficacy. The authors used a combination of cisplatin as the main drug and other anticancer drugs and angiotensin II region intra-arterial infusion treatment of 20 cases of advanced bladder cancer, observe its efficacy. And in some patients (primary or metastatic sites) continuous arterial infusion of iliac 81m, observe the corresponding hemodynamic changes.
