目的研究市售的PPSU奶瓶质量状况并对其安全性进行初步评价。方法参考国内外标准要求并结合可能存在的质量安全隐患,从蒸发残渣、高锰酸钾消耗量、重金属、增塑剂、材质鉴定等维度对PPSU奶瓶进行研究。结果检验的28批次PPSU奶瓶中,其蒸发残渣、高锰酸钾消耗量、重金属(以Pb计)等项目均符合所参照标准GB14942—1994的要求,但有17.86%标称为PPSU的奶瓶其主要成分为较便宜的PES,大部分奶瓶外包装上违规、超范围标注QS号。结论从检验结果可知,市面上销售的PPSU奶瓶整体上质量状况良好,但存在利用PES冒充PPSU的情况,且产品的标示不规范。在国家标准缺失的情况下,企业标准并未能及时跟进,给日常监管制造了障碍。
Objective To study the quality status of PPSU bottle on the market and evaluate its safety. Methods According to the domestic and foreign standards and the possible hidden danger of quality and safety, PPSU bottle was researched from the dimensions of evaporation residue, potassium permanganate consumption, heavy metal, plasticizer and material identification. The results of the test 28 batches of PPSU bottle, the evaporation residue, potassium permanganate consumption, heavy metals (Pb) and other projects are in line with the standard GB14942-1994 requirements, but there are 17.86% nominal PPSU bottle The main component of cheaper PES, most of the bottle packaging violation, over the range marked QS number. Conclusions As can be seen from the test results, PPSU bottles sold in the market are generally in good quality condition, but there are cases in which PPSU is preempted with PES, and product labeling is not standardized. In the absence of national standards, corporate standards were not followed up in time, creating obstacles to routine supervision.
