平面磨削精密渐开线凸轮,从其形成原理上讲,就是用有限条直线去逼近理抡渐开线的轮廓。其加工时的情形如图1所示。常规的加工方法,一般为了减少误差,往往盲目增多切削点。为了解决加工精变与加工工作量之间的矛盾,本文提出渐开线凸轮平面磨削加工中磨削切点的最佳选择问题。
