目的评价自律空间频率刺激疗法治疗弱视的临床效果及特点。方法用国产DV-100 PVEP分析系统检测弱视儿童视觉皮层诱发电位的振幅与潜伏期,按其较好一档的振幅与潜伏期的空间频率作为第一张自律空间频率光盘刺激训练的信号,以后根据PVEP复查,再换相应的高空间频率来刺激训练,直到弱视基本治愈。结果3-12岁弱视儿童100例(168眼),随访3-6月,总有效率为91.1%,其中基本治愈为72.6%,进步率为18.5%,无效为8.9%。电生理检查振幅明显增高,尤以轻度弱视疗效明显。结论自律空间频率刺激疗法对儿童弱视有较好的疗效。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects and characteristics of autonomic spatial frequency stimulation therapy for amblyopia. Methods The domestic DV-100 PVEP analysis system was used to detect the amplitude and latency of visual cortex evoked potentials in amblyopia children. According to the better spatial frequency of amplitude and latency, the first self-paced spatial frequency optical disk stimulation training signal was used. According to PVEP Review, and then change the corresponding high spatial frequency to stimulate training, until the basic cure of amblyopia. Results 100 children (3-12 years old) with amblyopia were followed up for 3 to 6 months. The total effective rate was 91.1%. The basic cure rate was 72.6%, the rate of progress was 18.5% and the rate of inefficiency was 8.9%. Electrophysiological examination amplitude was significantly higher, especially in mild amblyopia obvious effect. Conclusion Self-regulation spatial frequency stimulation therapy has a good effect on amblyopia in children.
