日本大发公司新近研制了6DLM-25型渔船用柴油机,该机燃油消耗率低,能烧劣质燃油,可在低负荷下运转。其零部件与DS机通用,结构可靠,维修保养方便。为达到上述要求,该机采用了下列措施:①采用半长冲程,增大行程容积,可向燃烧室多充入新鲜空气,改善了燃烧。②提高压缩比,改善了燃油的着火性,使燃烧稳定。③将气缸最高爆发压力增加10kg/cm~2,改善了循环效率。④提高燃油喷射压力,缩短喷油期。⑤改善进排气系统,将进排气阀开、闭期、增压器型式及参数与柴油机各工况点进行最佳配合。
