为了研究台风对马氏珠母贝氧化应激基因的表达影响,在实验室模拟了水流冲击和泥沙混悬条件对马氏珠母贝进行处理,并设置对照组,检测了2 h、4 h、6 h、8 h、12 h以及24 h时间点Prx和GPX两种基因在鳃的表达水平。结果显示,水流冲击处理,Prx和GPX的表达均有先升高再降低的趋势,在4 h时间点,两种基因的表达水平达到最高,与对照组相比有显著差异(p<0.05)。而在泥沙混悬处理中,Prx的表达在2 h就达到很高的水平,与对照组有显著差异(p<0.05),随后呈逐渐降低的趋势。GPX在8 h表达水平最高,与对照组差异显著(p<0.05),随着处理时间的增加,呈现先升高再降低的趋势。
In order to study the effect of typhoon on the expression of oxidative stress gene in Pinctada martensii, the effects of water flow and sediment suspension were simulated in the laboratory, and the control group was set up to detect the effects of typhoon 2 h, 4 h, 6 h, 8 h, 12 h and 24 h time points Prx and GPX two genes in the gill expression level.
